Drew Barrymore gets the cops called on her!

Soft-spoken Drew Barrymore caused a stir with her neighbors last night when her loud Halloween party forced them to call cops and complain ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, her Hollywood Hills neighbors phoned police shortly after midnight. We're told cops spoke with Barrymore and she rectified the noise situation and there were no complaints from then on.

Ricki Lake says she's always felt sexy around her fiancé Christian Evans. 

"Oh, my god, my love is pretty spicy," the TV personality, 43, recently told PEOPLE.

With a long chuckle, Lake says that she now incorporates her hard work for Dancing with the Stars into her private life. 

"When I get home [from rehearsals], I train horizontally," she said. "[My fiancé] has noticed a difference in my stamina over the last couple of weeks." 

But a bashful Derek Hough, 26 – who stood by his partner's side as she dished about her deets between the sheets – tried to cut the conversation short. 

"Derek knows all about [my sex life]," Lake admitted unashamedly, as Hough turned his head. "He hears about it. Derek and I have gotten to know each other, so, you know, I share stuff with him." 

Hough, who stayed mostly mum on the taboo topic, would only say, "I guess that means I'm not working her hard enough during rehearsals. I want her to go home and collapse."

Many may think that “Jersey Shore” star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has gone under the knife, but the reality star tells Access Hollywood that her fears have always prevented her from getting a boob job.

“I actually want to get a boob job because I love Jenni’s boobs,” Snooki told Access Hollywood guest correspondent Jill Martin about her busty roommate, JWoww.

“Everyone I’ve ever known who has had boob jobs says it’s awesome!” she continued.

But Snooki’s fears have stopped her from upping her cup size.

“I’m scared because if I go under anesthesia, I’m scared I’m going to be awake the whole time,” she said, recounting tales of people going under but still being able to feel the procedure.

Instead of getting plastic surgery, the reality star offered up a natural alternative.

“I encourage women to wear two bras, to make it look like you have fake boobies if you’re scared to get surgery or don’t want to,” she said.

Snooki also revealed to Access that she has a few superstar celebrities in her phone’s address book.

“I have Bieber’s and Rihanna,” she told Jill, saying she’s messaged them. “And I love Rihanna.”

Her own lyrics hit a little too close to home for Jennifer Lopez, who broke down in tears onstage after singing a song about loves from her past. 

"I'm going to sing you the last song I wrote about love," Lopez, who recently split from husband Marc Anthony, told the audience at the Mohegan Sun's 15th anniversary celebration on Saturday night after singing an acoustic rendition of her hit "If You Had My Love." "A lot has changed since then." 

Lopez, 42, then launched into "Until It Beats No More" while dancers re-enacted scenes with the singer and some of the men from her past. A Lopez lookalike danced with guys who looked a lot like her exes Diddy, Cris Judd and Ben Affleck. 

The final couple to appear in the spotlight danced much like Lopez and her estranged husband during their American Idol performance in May, just weeks before they announced their split. 

After she was done, Lopez told the sold-out crowd, "I took a trip down memory lane" – and then started to cry as the crowd applauded. 

But it wasn't all sadness for Lopez. She then held up a photo of her twins Max and Emme, 3½, and said, "There's love – and then there's love."

During a recent interview, Pee-Wee Herman actor Paul Reubensannounced that he wants to perform on Dancing With the Stars next season!

Here's what he had to say about it:

"I hope to be dancing myself on Dancing With the Stars next season! That's why I'm there all the time, to get my face up there. Trying to butter up the producers and everything. Jury's out, I haven't heard yet."

As long as this doesn't get in the way of that upcoming Pee-Wee Herman movie, we say he should go for it!

Speaking of that movie, we haven't heard any updates since July. That's still happening, right?

Justin Timberlake is three years older than his “In Time” co-star Olivia Wilde, but in their new big screen sci-fi project, the actress plays his mom.

Access Hollywood caught up with the stars at the Los Angeles premiere of the Andrew Niccol-directed movie, where they dished about the movie where time is a precious commodity and people’s ages stop at 25.

“It’s probably going to be a problem for the audience,” Justin, 30, said of Olivia, 27, when asked about casting the actress as his onscreen mom.

“But, in a good way,” he added.

Olivia told Access she jumped at the chance to play Justin’s mom.

“It’s fun to experiment with playing characters that you would never normally be offered,” she told Access. “It takes a visionary like Andrew Niccol to think of a concept so far out that I would get to play Justin’s mom. I’m younger than Justin!”

And making the movie – due out on October 28 – appeared to be a thrill for Justin.

“Probably the most fun I’ve had yet,” he explained. “I get to shoot guns, flip cars, kick a**, kiss a hot girl… It’s like every boyhood fantasy I’ve ever had in the same movie!”

It's another ugly legal situation for Mike Sorrentino. This time, the Jersey Shore star wants to make sure his GTL trademark is intact, which means suing a random ass guido-themed lifestyle company for ripping off The Situation's brand.

The lawsuit has been filed ... but does it have merit?

Don't cry, Mike ... it's gonna be alright dawg.

Sitch's cease and desist letter to a website called MyGTLFuel (dot) com claims they'd better quit exploiting his trademark or legal action will be a-comin'.

The site, which sells everything from energy shots to tanning lotion, hasn't gone anywhere yet, as its owner, Dana Valentino, says there's no trademark.

According to Valentino, Sitch applied for the "GTL" trademark, but doesn't legally own it ... yet. He wants to settle this amicably but NOT close up shop.

Mike is also involved in a legal dispute with Abercrombie.

Lindsay Headed Back Behind Bars?

Lindsay Lohan could be sentenced to nearly a year-and-a-half in jail if Judge Stephanie Sautner decides she violated her probation ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the computations are complicated, because Lindsay has had so many cases. But based on the 120 day suspended sentence for shoplifting, time served under house arrest, and her prior DUIs, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for a long, long time.

We've learned Lindsay MUST be in court Wednesday to face the judge ... and the judge has lots of questions, including why Lindsay was a no-show 9 times at the Downtown Women's Center, where she was performing her community service. And the judge will almost certainly want to know why Lindsay didn't comply with the order to spend a minimum of 4 hours at a time when she showed up at the Women's Center.

TMZ broke the story, Lindsay was booted from the Women's Center because of all the problems and reassigned to the American Red Cross.

And one more thing. The judge will almost certainly ask Lindsay why she didn't meet with her shrink every Monday for 1 hour, as required by court order. Lindsay claims she did a bunch of therapy sessions by phone.

After suffering two seizures on separate attempts to travel to Memphis for a show last night, Rick Ross is once again reportedly out of the hospital once again, and has confirmed to employees at the Greensboro Coliseum in North Carolina that he will still be taking the stage tonight for A&T University's homecoming!

We commend his commitment to his obligations, but shouldn't he beresting up after such a taxing and scary day?

First, a woman sued after seeing Ryan Gosling’s “Drive” claiming the movie didn’t live up to the trailer. Now, a man claims the actor’s movie inspired him to throw a hot dog at Tiger Woods.

“I threw the hot dog toward Tiger Woods because I was inspired by the movie ‘Drive,’” Brandon Kelly told the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, via The Associated Press, after he was arrested on Tuesday for tossing the snack food at the golfer during the Frys.com Open in San Martin, Calif.

“As soon as the movie ended, I thought to myself, `I have to do something courageous and epic. I have to throw a hot dog on the green in front of Tiger,’” Brandon, who claimed he’s a fan of the golfer, told the paper.

Brandon was arrested for disturbing the peace following the incident.

“Some guy just came running on the green, and he had a hot dog, and evidently … I don’t know how he tried to throw it, but I was kind of focusing on my putt when he started yelling,” Tiger told the AP, recalling the incident. “Next thing I know, he laid on the ground, and looked like he wanted to be arrested because he… put his hands behind his back and turned his head.” A spokesman for the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office told the AP that Brandon’s hot dog toss at Tiger would likely get him a fine and

Although the band Queen has been relatively quiet since frontmanFreddie Mercury passed away 20 years ago, guitarist Brian Mayrecently revealed that despite receiving offers from various artists, he wants Lady GaGa to take over as singer!

He explains:

“We get a lot of offers to work with other people. I worked with Lady Gaga and she's very creative and is someone we've talked about singing, fronting the band with. She's not just a singer, she writes her own material. She would like to do something with us."

Doesn't it just sort of seem like a sort of natural progression for them?!

Though the co-host claimed she had taken a hiatus from the daytime talk show to spend time with her rocker husband Ozzy Osbourne, she admitted on the air that her absence was due to a problem with her breast implants. "One morning I woke up and one of my boobies was kind of much longer than the other ... So I'm thinking, this isn't right," Osbourne, who turns 59 on Sunday, said. Her surgeon told her one of her implants had "leaked into the wall of my stomach," so she had them removed and has gone back to her natural assets.

Mom Sells Baby for a Disney Trip

This is pretty much the worst thing we've heard about all week.

A Delaware mother was arrested and charged after selling her 1-month-old baby boy for $15,000 because she wanted to use the money to take her and her other two sons to Disney World.

33-year-old Bridget Wismer sold her infant son Christian to a Philadelphia man, John Gavaghan, 54. Police say they knew each other through mutual friends - and now they are both charged with conspiracy and dealing in children.

Relatives tipped off police about her plan to sell the child. Detectives confirmed:

"Bridget was trying to sell her child because she did not want the child and wanted to go to Disney World.

After detectives conducted separate interviews involving both subjects, they were able to confirm that Gavaghan and Wismer were involved in the sale and purchase of the newborn."

Luckily, Christian was unharmed. He is now in the hands of officials and has been placed in foster care.

That poor child. We couldn't even fathom how someone could actually just sell their baby for a trip to Disney World.

This woman needs to be put behind bars for a very long time.
